Adrian Lee
B.Eng, A ScT
President and Senior Consultant
Adrian is the President and lead project consultant bringing 30 years of experience in the asbestos field. His education includes a Bachelor Degree and Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering with a major in environmental studies and water resources. Adrian is a qualified asbestos air (NIOSH 7400) and bulk (EPA600/R93-116) analyst and has completed microscopy training at The McCrone Research Institute in Chicago, IL. He has also completed the AHERA Building Inspector and Management certifications at the University of Berkley. Adrian is also a certified Lead Professional having completed training at the University of Berkley and acquired a license for level 2 Xray fluorescence operator for portable devices with the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body, Natural Resources Canada.
Adrian has extensive experience working with WorksafeBC, his specialty on site shut downs and investigations. As a registered Applied Science Technologist in BC, he is a recognized by the City of Vancouver as an approved “QP”, Qualified Professional. Most recently, Adrian has become an instructor with The Asbestos Institute, Phoenix Arizona providing classroom training on EPA and OSHA accredited asbestos such as Asbestos Worker, Awareness, AHERA Building Inspector, Supervisor and Management Planner courses at his office in Coquitlam, BC. He completed training in Lead Sampling and Mold Remediation from an EPA an OSHA accredited and certified training provider.
In his spare time, Adrian loves driving cars, hunting in the great outdoors, travel and meeting new people.

Chris completed his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. Chris has been with Epoch Environmental Consulting since 2012 and has a seasoned knowledge of all aspects of hazardous materials.
He has completed the AHERA Building Inspector and Management certification and is a certified level 1 and level 2 XRay fluorescence operator for portable devices with the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body, Natural Resources Canada.
Originally from Ontario, Chris has various working experience with building materials, has lived and worked in BC and Alberta since 2007.
He enjoys the outdoors and a variety of sports.
Most recently, he completed training in Lead Sampling and Mold Remediation from an EPA an OSHA accredited and certified training provider.

Michael Charters

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University specializing in water.
Michael has a keen interest in environmental policy and law. Mike oversees the Fraser Valley regional office in Abbotsford, BC which opened in 2018. Mike has completed the AHERA Building Inspector certification and is a certified level 1 Xray fluorescence operator for portable devices with the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body, Natural Resources Canada.
He enjoys the outdoors including hiking and off road adventuring. He is fluent in speaking both Russian and Hebrew.
Most recently, he completed training in Lead Sampling and Mold Remediation from an EPA an OSHA accredited and certified training provider.

Kyle Zell

Kyle possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from UBC. His studies focused on the methods that technology can be applied to natural resource sustainability, resource and waste management as well as policy development to mitigate the impacts of climate change.
Kyle completed the AHERA Building Inspector certification in 2016 and is a certified level 1 xray fluorescence operator for portable devices with the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body, Natural Resources Canada.
Kyle has an extensive volunteer background in numerous worthy causes that include climate change, disaster relief and waste reduction. Kyle is fluent in Spanish and was a former ski instructor in his home town mountain, Lake Tahoe, Nevada USA.

Daryl Wang

Daryl graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Simon Fraser University, within the concentration of environmental earth systems. He managed to equip himself with the fundamentals of chemistry, biology, soil science, earth science and environmental science. Daryl has completed the AHERA Building Inspector certification and is a certified level 1 Xray fluorescence operator for portable devices with the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body, Natural Resources Canada.
Daryl’s former work experience includes mineral sample prep at a global leader in environmental laboratory testing.
Daryl has been volunteering for Stoney Creek Environment Committee for few years to support local environment improvement. In his spare time, he likes to explore hiking trails throughout BC and snowboarding.
Most recently, he completed training in Lead Sampling and Mold Remediation from an EPA an OSHA accredited and certified training provider.

William graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of British Columbia. During his studies, his focus was on ecological processes and conservation. William has completed the AHERA Building Inspector certification and is a certified level 1 Xray fluorescence operator for portable devices with the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body, Natural Resources Canada. He enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Brandon has worked multiple years in the mineral exploration geology sector before moving into environmental work.
He enjoys all sports and being in the outdoors.

Accounting Manager
Winnie has a solid accounting background and hands-on bookkeeping experience from working at various construction companies. Her extensive full cycle accounting experience contributes to the successful execution of this important position.
Winnie completed her Accounting and Payroll Administrator Diploma from CDI College in 2005.
You will find Winnie to be a very pleasant and helpful person. She enjoys traveling, socializing with friends and eating good food!
